  Small and very comfortable family hotel in quiet region of city but close to all interesting places in London. Frendly staff, feeling was like at home. We got all necessary "for people first time in London" information from staff. If we travel next time to London we shall stay there for 100%. - Everything!! Excellent size room, very clean, lovely cooked breakfast.And on our final day even though we checked out at 11, they held our suitcases while we spent our last afternoon sightseeing.

  The room was cleam and not as small as one would expect in Central London. There was hot water and loads of pressure in the shower, unlike in so many hotels we've stayed in London before! The full English breakfast with cereals, juice, coffee and tea was a good way of starting the day. On top of this there was tea and coffee facilities in the roo... τι λέει ο κόσμος » m. The location with several tubes and busses all around London was great and the staff helpful in all our requests like early check-in, borrowing an - The price, location and staff where excellent. Friendly staff, really good value for money for a hotel so close to Oxford St and Hyde Park. I stayed with my Mum and two teenage children in a room with 4 single beds and small en suite. The room was spacious enough for us, 2 large windows which opened fully for fresh air. All in all an excellent value hotel great to use as a base to explore London.

  The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The reviews mentioned problems with waiting times for breakfasts this seems to have been sorted out and a good continental style breakfast was available in the very comfortable bar area... τι λέει ο κόσμος » as an additional option and we did not wait at al - The apartment was very spacious and well decorated. The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)
