I liked the way we were treated from the very first contact with the Reception Staff who were extremely pleasant and very helpful. Staff were excellent and could not have done enough to help you. Although check-in was not until 3pm our room was ready when we arrived at 12.30. Will certainly use the hotel again the next time we are in Glasgow - The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly. The room was ideal with a free mini bar. The location was also ideal for shoppin

Lovely apartment in central location,very convenient for groceries with Tesco almost next door
Only thing I would wish for,was small matt for bath,as it was bit slippery. -

First of all, I would like to say that I definitely would stay at the
Glasgow Grand Central Hotel when I return to this wonderful
city…especially since I travel by train. How convenient…the hotel is
attached to the station. The history of this property is wonderful to
read. I was impressed that Gene Kelly, Nat King Cole, Jimmy Durante, Roy
Rogers

This was our first visit to Scotland and we could not have had a more phenomenal start. The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. Ross and AJ who staffed the concierge desk while we were there were outstanding. We neglected to complete a VIP card for these two gentlemen and should have. We were a little frazzled as we got lost entering Glasgow and Ross was helpful, provided directions to parking, looked after our bags and assisted with ideas for how best to see Glasgow. AJ directed

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » oon. - Excellent location of the hotel, and the staff were great at offering advice and help. One this that could be made clearer is that the £6 parking is available from the NCP over the road. Once you got your ticket the Hotel validate your ticket to get the reduction.

The location of the apartment is excellent with Fantastic City views. I particularly liked the friendly welcome by Gerry. Spotless cleaning of bedrooms, Kitchen and bathrooms. Very spacious apartment, good location. But we were moved to Pacific View apartments which did not have a lovely view of the river. After contacting the manager Gerry, we were delighted and surprised to be offered a 2 night stay free of charge to compensate. Excellent customer service.

The apartments were excellent, centrally located, nice big rooms with en-suite, central heating. Would be excelent for a weekend self-catering break as full kitchen facilities!! Its in the centre of evrywhere we wanted to go so great location. The apartments were fab - spacious, luxurious and and very modern. We are already planning for our next visit. - The location was ideal, close to bars, restaurants and main shopping centre. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean.

Good decor, well maintained & equiped. The kitchen had washing machine, dishwasher, enough crockery, cutlery, utensils for 4 people (including choping board, cloths, cleaning products etc..). Very secure building/entry & free private parking. Free wi-fi.
Great views of the city/river all lit up at night. Very warm welcome, helpful and personal attention.

Everyone very helpful. Restaurant and staff superb. Could I suggest that "crisps or savouries" are available to purchase in Bar area. My sister and I relaxed in the bar at least an hour prior to lunch and wanted a packet of crisps, following our journey to Glasgow but nothing was available. - The hotel was fabulous with very friendly staff, the

The staff were all very friendly and attentive. There was a mistake with
the extras we had ordered and this was dealt with quickly with a
deduction taken off our bill. The bed was very comfortable and although

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ey allowed us to check in 3 hours early. The rooms were really stylish and a nice size. Good location about 10 minutes walk to shops. Hotel was nice and quite at night so allowed for a great nights sleep. Complimentary minibar was a nice touch too.
