  Friendly staff, my wife and I enjoyed our stay. This was under £100 to stay on Sunday night, so good value. I don't know whether it would be the same value for standard rate (sometime twice as much). Hotel rooms were of adequate size and very clean. Hotel is slightly back from Euston Rd nearer to St Pancras than Euston and in a nice Victorian crescent of t - Front desk staff extremely nice and helpful. Street and neighborhood are safe and quiet, yet within 10 minutes walk of three tube stations, Kings Cross, Euston Square, and Russell Square. Rooms may be small, and stairs narrow, but you can't beat the charm of this historic building and neighborhood. Hearty buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Vey convenient and economical to cook your own meals if you want and the house provide eggs, cheese, milk , ham and fruit juices in an 24h open access fridge but also little empty fridges for personal items in each floor.   I liked that it was always clean everywhere and that the staff were always so nice and helpfull. I also liked that the hotel was open 24/7 so you didn't have to worry about getting back there too late. Another thing that I appreciated were the guards outside when it got late, because it felt more safe. All in all I'm very happy with my stay there and I'd recommend The Generator to anyone going to London - The bar in the hostel is awesome. The general atmosphere of the place is great - definitely the way to go if you want to meet other young people and have a damn good time. Drinks prices in the bar weren't too bad - £2.20 on all drinks (except doubles!) and the kareoke was fun. Staff were very friendly too.

  We enjoyed the facilities, the flat was always warm, comfortable & had plenty hot water for a shower, more importantly it was really clean throughout and it's location was ideal.   I do enjoy this lovely hotel. Very very nice staff, always being helpful. wonderful location, convenient to everywhere, 5 minutes to underground. The room is not very big, but clean and comfortable. With wireless Internet access and all other facilities you might want, I even found a mini refrigerator in my room! Usually when I travel alone I get very tiny rooms without a bath, but in the Regency Hotel I got this beautiful room with large bed and great bath. I took a bath three times in two days!
