  These apartments are a hidden gem of Edinburgh. Accomodation wasexcellent; we had two bedrooms a lovely lounge/kitchen and bathroom withbath and shower. It is a quiet situation only a few minutes from the businto edinburgh (20 mins).   The room was large and well appointed and the bathroom was of a very high standard. There was easy access to Edinburgh city; a bus passing the door at regular intervals. A full breakfast was provided, The owner of the B & B was pleasant, friendly and helpful. - Friendly greeting from lovely host.   Owners were friendly and helpful in answering email questions before our arrival and allowed us to leave our luggage there prior to checkin and after checkout. We were upgraded to a room with a better view. Full cooked English breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere (4 guest rooms) along the river. The waterfall and walk to the harbor is relaxing and enjoyed by many - I really enjoyed my stat at Cramond Mill. Elaine is a wonderful hostess who goes out of her way for her guests and I could have asked for a better place to stay. Edinburgh is easily accessible via the bus that stops at the top if the street and it is also so very handy for the airport which is only a 20 minute drive away. Nestled next to a picturesque stream where the locals go fly fishing, I couldn't recommend it more highly.
