Seriously, you could not get a better location, it really is in the
heart of the royal mile and only 5 mins walk from the railway station.
The staff are the most helpful, friendly and accommodating people -
nothing was any trouble, they let us check in to the apartment earlier
and let us check out later (leaving our cases in their premises both

The two brothers who own the apartment were so helpful and
accommodating. They provided information about where to eat, what to
see. From the moment we arrived they made us feel very welcomed. We
arrived early before check-in so they moved our apt. Up the line to be
prepped. They also stored our bags so we could enjoy the afternoon. The
apartment is extremely comfortable (good beds and linen!) and directly
overlooks all the bustle and excitement of Edinburgh's Royal Mile.

The apartment was excellent, spotlessly clean and we were very impressed with the layout. It was very quiet with no night time noise and in an ideal location for exploring Edinburgh. I would highly recommend this Guest House. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The vegetarian breakfast was deliciously unusual, I had a banana and burnt syrup pancake. I would definitely recommendthis and stay there again. Very close to the city centre as well; wewalked there in 15 minutes (strolling). Excellent value for a guesthouseso close to the centre of Edinburgh. Also a lovely Italian restaurantdown the road!
