  If your looking to stay in a 5 star hotel, this is not it. But for the tariff, this hotel is a little gem in Manchester. The staff were very helpful the continental breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and adequately supplied with tea and coffeee making facilties. Big and clean room. Complimentaru fair trade coffee, tea,chicolate. In the clean big bathroom there were even body lotions! Breakfast rich and plentiful. A real bargain for this price. I will go again!

  I like everything about that hotel, the staff was very nice and friendly, family environment. Very helpful, nice please people the reviews that you are seeing are just fake, the hotel is clean, bathroom as well, not noisy, I mean very nice. I am a frequent traveler, I go to many countries and I did like the Citi. Thestaff where very friendly and heplful and the room was brilliant. Thehotel provided a taxi service at a very reasonable rate. I woulddefinaetly stay here again.
