I booked this hotel for my 73 year old mum. Initially she was on the 6th
floor (there is no lift). As soon as she mentioned it they moved her to
the first floor. She thought the staff were excellent, very friendly and
helpful. She thought the hotel was spotlessly clean with lovely rooms
and decor. She loved the garden area and will definitely stay

Extremely friendly, delightfully modern, exceptionally clean, and Clifton is always a pleasure. Local to good food establishments. A seperate but integral ultra modern bar downstairs, with also extremely friendly staff , I always enjoy staying here.

Clifton House Hotel is a beautiful renovated Georgian building with
stylish rooms and spotless modern ensuite facilities. The staff were all
very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious, - full
English cooked freshly to order and a wide range of items from the
buffet. The room rates are very reasonable and there is the added

Although the room was small for 2 friends sharing i think it would have been perfectly sized for a weekend break for a couple. The breakfast was lovely, with lots of choices available, although a longer time period for breakfast would have been better.
The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated, and the location was great for both a day at the shops and a night on the town!
I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Really liked the 'home from home' feeling, and although small,
the apartment was really well designed and comfortable with all
you'd need for a City break or business trip. In a great position
with a short walk to everything Clifton Village has to offer. Good value
for money, helpful staff, we'll definitely book again and have
already recommended

I had a "small one bedroom" and it was perfect - extremely comfortable bed, kitchen was very well equipped, bathroom clean and contemporary, and it was so quiet. A wonderful oasis. And of course the location, in Clifton, is a stones throw away from all the shopping one needs. The host could not have been more accommodating and helpful.

Attractive and well equipped. T bags, coffee etc nice touch. Free wifi useful. Good location , pleasant area, easy to get into city centre. Key collection etc v straightforward. Have stayed before and will again. -

outstanding hotel and will be returning, really impressed with staff and faciltities and the quality of everything.Also its central location and its outside facilities such as neighbouring gym and pool etc. - The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was fantastic and the general feel of the hotel was cosy, individual and high quality. Friendly &helpful staff,with great facilities to make the stay special. We really enjoyed the Pool and Sauna.It was so relaxing.
Bristol is a Vibrant City with a busy nightlife. You can walk around the City easily -theres so much to see -great Architecture,Museums and not forgetting Shopping. We took a bus ride to the Suspension Bridge and the

The Hotel's city centre location was ideal for our visit. -
Fantastic hotel, one of the best I've stayed in. Staff couldn't
have been more attentive and professional - little touches helped like
giving my son a kiddie's pack on arrival and a voucher for room
service milk and cookies. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and
again great service and staff were really knowledgeable about the area.
Pool and spa were immaculate and really nice, room was good size, well
furnished, everything worked. It was a super hotel.

This hotel is a real find and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in
Bristol. The location is excellent and the hotel has a real buzz. We
particularly enjoy the bar area which is great for morning coffee,
afternoon tea or a drink before dinner. Food is always a highlight
of our stay. -

Very friendly welcome by Ashley/David - arrangements for access were excellent. Location/access to Bristol City Centre and also to water boat taxi very good.
SS Great Britain - just a few minutes away from Harbourside Apartment.
Free Museum of great interest at M Shed - just walking distance of apartment.
Some lovely harbourside restaurants nearby

Very spacious 1 bedroomed apartment - more than met our needs.
Very compact kitchen equipment if needed. -
Good location very close to ss Brittannia exhibition. Very close to
riverside attractions. All in walking distance. Room was spotless and
to a good 4* standard suite. We had a small problem that was
immediately resolved by the management without any fuss or bother - a
definite plus point!

I booked this apartment as my daughter had a heart operation at Bristol Children's hospital which was in walking distance. The apartment was spotless and offered some comfort for me to escape from the hospital for an hour or so. The staff were very helpful when we requested an extra bed and also extended our stay by 2 days. The apartment had everything we require for a family of 4, comfortable beds, good showers, lovely toiletries, washing machine, iron, leather couches. It was very secure and Tesco's was literally around the corner. The bus station is very close by and Cabot Circus mall is in walking distance.

Excellent buffet at breakfast - never seen curried chickpeas and basmati on a breakfast menu before, very very nice indeed. The cook was standing near the buffet and we had an excellent chat about vegetarian foods. The hotel is an excellent hotel overall, and the room was spectacular. The staff were super professional and friendly, and I greatly enjoyed it. The bar and lounge area were a great place to meet colleagues or to just sit and read quietly.
