I likes the staff being very professiona and fully trained. I arrived quite early so they made sure that my room would be ready even before the normal check-in time so I managed to check in at 11 am already. It is a lovely location. The hotel was a historical building in the very nice Chelsea District of London. The staff was kind and efficient. Complimentary wi-fi was a nice facility that you cannot find free in many hotels of this standard in London. Rooms were fairly large enough to stay and relax.
