Have just returned home after spendig one night in the Crowne Plaza, Chester. The dinner was well presented and very enjoyable andwho can resist a cooked breakfast.We would certainly recommend CrownePlaza'S. All the staff were helpful, polite and friendly.

The staff were the most friendly hotel staff I have ever met. We got lost on the way there and the receptionist stayed on the phone for 20 minutes directing us. I travel a lot for business and pleasure and have never experienced customer service as good as this. The bed was also like sleeping on a cloud.

Old house but full of character, friendly staff and excellent location for Chester Races, City Walls or Shops ! Everything was in easy walking distance. Had such a lovely weekend stay at the Guest House and would come again. We are in our 30's an yes the Guest House isn't full of mod cons ( except you do get free wifi :) ) you over look these thin

It is a lovely little b & b right in the centre of Chester so works
for us when we visit family or are singing at the Cathedral. It
isn't the height of luxury but it is clean, comfortable and the
staff make you very welcome. Breakfast is cooked to order and the bacon
(local I think) was delicious.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring Chester. The room was modern and clean and the staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was lovely too with an excellent choice of menu, all cooked to order. If I venture back to Chester then I would definitely book this hotel again. - The hotel was nice and our room was clean and comfortable

I can't fault this place. Such good value for money, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. The apartment is incredibly spacious, which was such a bonus as we had 4 small children with us. We stayed at the Chester Apartment for our sons graduation at the cathedral. What wonderful accomodation, very comfortable and excellent central location. Very close to the Mill Hotel, where we had a beautiful meal on the Canaletto barge restaurant, located at the hotel. Will be looking to book again in the near future.

The room was very well appointed and catered for all our needs, eg air con, large comfortable bed, plasma screen and very quiet at night. Also a beautiful ensuite. Excellent buffet breakfast and the staff were very efficient and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Check in was easy and we were given an unexpected upgrade to an executive room overlooking the gardens. This was very comfortable, clean and quiet. We ate in the bar the first day which was good (but some vegetables would have been an added bonus!) When we were departing from the car park we couldn't get out due to an illegally parked car and the hotel staff went out of their way to successfully rectify the problem. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Very central location. We had such a pleasant time and will definately be returning in the near future.

Lovely, clean B&B with friendly service and good value for money. Stayed one night in a twin room with my son as he had an exam early in the morning and the hostess couldn't have been more helpful while still being unobtrusive. The room was spacious and comfortable and very clean! Facilities include Sky, free Wi-FI and parking. Tasty breakfast with plenty on offer. It is a 15 minute walk into the town centre.

I have just spent a couple of weeks travelling around the UK in a number of different guest houses and found the Ba Ba to offer a much higher standard of accommodation than the letsbookhotel.com rating would indicate. This was one of the nicest establishments we have stayed at for the price range we targetted.

The staff at the Ba Ba made us feel very welcome, the bedroom was immaculate, clean and the refreshments were plentiful and most welcome at the end of a busy day. I would definitely recommend the Ba Ba as a place to stay and really close to the historic attractions of Chester. We also had excellent evening meals locally on the recommendation of the staff at the Ba Ba.

It's a quiet, friendly and welcoming place to stay. Such love and care have gone into making everyone's stay a great one. The room was peaceful, well appointed and immaculately clean. The breakfast was excellent! Definitely the best place I have stayed in Chester, so look NO further than Lavender Lodge!!
