The facilities in the Level lounge are excellent.   Great hotel! it's a lot of years that i go to London and i never see a hotel like this! All very clearness, up to the britain standard. We can enter in our rooms with magnetic cards key, it is very useful. The rooms are fantastic, all in mahogany wood with a large lcd tv on the wall. We had a remote control and a keyboard plugged to the tv and than... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ks to that we could use internet for 2 £ daily. - Hotel was excellent. Modern rooms, small but well designed and comfortable. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant cafe was first class. Rooms well stocked with necessities and towels etc replaced frequently. Great location, shop to one side, small cheaper cafe to the other. 1 minute walk from Paddington tube station where there is an express tube to Heathrow!

  This review is based on comparison between this hotel and other 5 stars hotels in London because 5 stars hotels in London are like 4 stars hotels in Dubai in terms of size, design, and value for money. So, if you want the best in London and you have the budget then this hotel is highly recommended. Some people disliked the location, but for me it... τι λέει ο κόσμος » is the best location, it is on the park lane so the view is fantastic, 2 mins walk to the park, 10 mins walk to harrods, 10 mins walk to bond street - I like most things in the hotel. It was a very good experience.. When i travel again to London i will book this hotel. It is excellent for couples with a little son. The apartment size and facilities were convenient. I will recommend it for any one ask me for hotels in london.

  The hotel staff was really friendly and very helpful. The room - although small - was well furnished and quiet. - The staff were amazing my husband was ill and they were so helpful in making sure our needs were met.
