The location was perfect, the staff were more than helpful, the buffet breakfast provided was all you could want and was of a good standard. The hotel was perfectly clean and the beds were very comfortable. A modern hotel with free wi-fi and free facility of an ironing room which proved useful. We stayed in a standard room with good wet room at the front of the hotel overlooking a busy road but we heard no traffic noise. The air conditioning very efficient. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent value for money with extended breakfast times at week

Staff extremely friendly and happy to help. Location is fantastic right by the station and a short walk to the north laines. Room was clean and spacious, fairly functional but that's not a bad thing. The lobby and communal areas and well decorated and welcoming. We had a room at the back of the hotel on the top floor and slept soundly even with the window open- anyone who has visited Brighton before will appreciate how rare this is!!

Very welcoming and clean. Lovely building with decor to complement it.

I liked the power shower / the continental breakfast was value for
money at £5 / my bed was comfortable and the television was near the

thoughtful and shampoo/cream/bodywash and towels were provided
which was immensely useful

It was different and really boutique like and I loved all the art and the cleanlines of the hotel. I also loved the accessibility of the hotel ie close to Brighton centre and the great sea view. The staff were helpful and friendly too. - Best night sleep I've had in a hotel. Would recommend this place to anyone who likes funky artwork in a comfort

Maja is wonderful, nothing is too much trouble for her. We checked in a bit early and it wasn't a problem, breakfast in bed was delicious and we slept well. Little sweets on the pillows was a nice touch! It's in a great location, only a short walk from all the shops and the Lanes, but it was quiet enough to be able to sleep, too! Perfect!

The receptionist ( dark hair , European) who checked us in and out was a great advert for the hotel , professional and very friendly , nothing was too much trouble for her . Staff were excellent & helpful.young lady on the Tuesday evening with v short blonde hair asset to the hotel along with the breakfast lady who was there everyday (middle age long hair) was so lovely. We liked the size of the family rooms. We split the 5 members of the family girls in one room and boys in the other. Breakfast on both mornings was amazing, we never qued or had to ask for something to be replaced. The staff were efficient and very polite. Our family really really enjoyed our stay and will be using the Hotel again when we next visit.
