The hotel is really well located and the place is clean, the sheets areOk and you have clean towels every day. - Basic but clean, spacious rooms. For my purposes perfectly situated on the outskirts of Westminster.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The reviews mentioned problems with waiting times for breakfasts this seems to have been sorted out and a good continental style breakfast was available in the very comfortable bar area

The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)

The hotel is super clean, both rooms and shared bathrooms. It has a beautiful green terrace and nice breakfast. Very close to metro station and the center of London. Staff is very kind, they allowed us to leave our staff in the hotel before check-in and after check-out free of charge. There is no elevator, but you shouldn't mind if you don't have

The staff were helpful. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for just 1 nights stay without spending ridiculous amounts of money for somewhere in central London. Easy to get to London Underground, literally a 5 minute walk to Euston/Euston Square. For the price, I can't complain. Pretty much luxury for a hostel! Definitely will be using the place again.

Staff, just incredibly welcoming and accommodating, stayed with a

Staff were excellent, rooms and food were nice as well as location, However it's a hotel above a gay bar and tranny club which wasn't told when booking hotel.. Luckily I had my older daughter However the staff and welsh owner were excellent and made us feel relaxed.
