  staff very friendly and very professional. Rooms extremely comfortable and maintained to a high standard. Facilities superb, bar, restaurant! Reception area stunning!! Arrived early to leave my bags but was told there was a room available - not the best room but it was ready now. So I happily checked in and was taken to my room and shown a shortcut out rather than the maze through hotel. Room was slightly small but lovely. Super comfy bed, quiet, lovely bathroom, great facilities. Cookies were provided in the room on arrival and in the evening a complimentary fruit platter and mineral water was delivered. A t
