The room was very nicely decorated. It looked fresh, clean and new. The bed was comfortable and large and the TV was well-placed and worked properly.

A new Hotel, excellent location for our needs, a short walk to Aldgate East tube, the staff so friendly and helpful. We took a short taxi ride to Tower Pier and went on the Thames from Tower Bridge to Westminster. We loved Selfridges and had salty beef sandwiches at 'The Brass Rail Cafe' there. -

Stayed here for 1 night with my partner, we were attending a function close by so location was excellent. we arrived half a hour early but the gentleman on reception was very helpful and rather than make us wait while our room was been cleaned, he changed our room so we could check in early. although the room wasn't huge, there was plenty of room

Great position, Shoreditch is full of pubs, clubs and restaurants and very close to the City! Old street underground station is 5-10 minutes on foot; next to the hotel there is the bus stop (buses to the Tower of London, Oxford Circus and Waterloo).
Hotel clean and new.

the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. they even provided me with a laptop to connect to internet as i paid to access the club Lounge area and i was told that there will be a computer that i could use, but in fact there was no computer available. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was immaculate and very well decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Ace in situated in a great neighborhood and conveniently located near the tube and bus. Lots of great restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Will certainly not stay anywhere else the next time I am in London. -

The staff were fantastic. Very helpful with directions and giving us
extra toilet paper and washing powder when we ran out. I also asked for
a drying rack for washing as I don't like to use the tumble dryer
and when we got back to the apartment it was all set up. The rooms were

These apartments are modern, spotless and spacious, with all the fittings and facilities you need for a perfect stay. For the money I don't think you could do better. I stayed here nearly 3 years ago and was thrilled; I was not disappointed this time as things are still outstandingly clean and fresh, spacious and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer is fantastic when you are away for a while too! Also convenient for the tube and in zone 1. I highly recommend these apartments; I cannot fault them
