  The hotel was clean and stylish with nice finishing touches such as the free soft drinks in the mini bar, ipod dock and speakers in the bathroom. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the food but we did have drinks in the bar and cannot fault the staff, they were friendly and helpful, even giving us a free bottle of house champagne ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » because it was our anniversary (and we'd spent quite a bit on champagne in there already!).   Kensington is a very good part of London to stay for a short break. There are of couple of lovely restaurants in the neighborhood, but you have to take a closer look at the menu before you enter, because prices are very different and high prices do not guarantee a good meal. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.

  Overall a very positive experience. Large spacious rooms, modern but very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Super location close to Tube Station, Chelsea / Kensington.   Truly excellent. We were upgraded to a 2 bed suit which was superb but event at the full price it will not disappoint.   We stayed in an executive studio and couldn't be more satisfied! The staff were really nice and friendly, the studio was spacious, clean and had everything you could possibly ask for.   We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us.
