The location is perfect, the room was really cleaned and nice with a beautiful bathroom and a nice view on London. Staff is nice and the breakfast was excellent. - The staff were all very helpful and polite. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.

All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.

The location was excellent, right around the corner from Pimlico tube station. We were on the ground floor apartment 3 at the back of the building so no stairs to climb. close to public transports and restaurants, shops etc. Very close to inner city sights. Found it very quiet regarding inside the hotel itself, but you hear a lot of traffic outside. Its good to stay here if you're looking for a cheap night or two. I'd always recommend booking the en-suite, as if you don't, you'll be sharing a bathroom and toilet.

Easy to find, excellent staff, warm and safe base from which to explore London for a few days, room was clean and we were given the option to up-grade to a room with shower etc

Excellent shower, bed was comfy, clean fresh towels brought to us daily,

We had a lovely warm welcome on arrival, our room was clean, warm and well equipped for our stay, its about 5 min walk from the bus, train and tube station. There's a friendly pub on route called the greyhound from the tube to the hotel which was nice to pop into for a night cap after a busy day of touring London.
