The location is fantastic and right in the centre of Liverpool One giving easy access to the centre of Liverpool and also Albert Dock. The room is a good standard, although small compared with the Marriott. The beds are very comfortable though. The breakfast is about as good as it gets! Nice location. Although it is a little far from railway station (like 15min by walk), it is near the harbor. Very beautiful scenery in the night. Of cause the price is very valuable which is quite suitable for student travelling alone. The room has single toilet, convenient.

We weren't leaving Liverpool until 5:30 on the day that we checked out and we didn't have to check out until then as the apartment wasn't in use that night. If ever in Liverpool again,will defintately stay there again and would highly recommend it.

inevitably, some shopping - this hotel was ideal for our purposes. 50%

The apartments were clean and modern and secure and had everything you
needed home from home. Had a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view.
The chaps on the reception were really busy as there were customers and
the phones were busy but they were really good and still gave 100%
service. The location is excellent and for the price I would definitely
come back. No complaints at all from us.

They were 4 of us stayed for one nite, it was absolutely gorgeous and

We all absolutely loved the apartment. Everyone commented that it was nicer than where they live! I would definitely return. We were there for my Hen Do. The hotel it's self was fab! Really modern and clean. The restaurant and bar facilities were brill and there was even a Wii to play on in reception. The room was very spacious and clean, big comfy bed and modern bathroom with power shower. There was also a Ipod docking station which we made good use of. The hotel is located closed to Liverpool One and many attractions, including Albert Dock. There are many restaurants nearby, also some fast food chains and budget friendly meals (eg. fish & chips).
Parking is available in the building across the street with discount rate (ticket to be collected from hotel reception), if guess brings their own cars. A Tesco supermarket is located in this building.

I booked twin beds for myself and my daughter and they gave us a two bed apartment which was very nice. It was in a fantastic location right in the heart of the city. It was nice to have a kitchen if you wanted to make a cup of tea. It was great value for money. -

I really enjoyed our stay at L3. Water Street is in walking distance of Mathew Street and all the main shopping areas. The apartment was spotless when we got there and was set up beautifully.
