The staff we very helpful and made sure we had everything we asked for. Thye were pleasant, polite and helpful. This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the railway station and two minutes from the centre of Manchester and you will go through or past canal street on the way - The staff were so helpful and nothing too much trouble for them. Very impressed

Hotel was great. Very clean rooms and hotel in general. Felt very secure and staff really friendly and helpful.
Location is great and easy to park in various locations very near by.
Would stay here again especially as the rate was fantastic.
We stayed and attended a music event nearby- it was late when we got back and staff gave us take-out menu'

Location near the Manchester Piccadily train station, about 5 min by foot. I would recomend this hotel for the people who have a flight from Manchester airport, train goes about 20 minutes to airport. This is the third times when we stay at Premier inn's hotels, no matter in which city you want to stay at Premier Inn Hotel London, Manchester and so on always comfortable rooms with tea and coffe set, hairdryer and air condition, clean bathrooms.
Breakfast was really nice!

I stayed in Le Ville Hotel for just one night and totally worth it for the price I paid and the location of the hotel. The room was very clean and cosy, a bit small if you're thinking of staying there more than one or 2 days (I stayed in a Small Double). En-suite bathroom was quite big and luxurious.
Room was supplied with a lot of toiletries, coffee, muffins, etc.
In resume, great hotel, great location, and friendly staff.
Would definitely stay there again!

Very good location, comfortable, tea/coffee making facilities, well functioning climate control (it was really hot in Manchester when we were visiting), no noise from the street (and Oxford Rd is a busy one), easy to get everywhere, including main universities (we were for the graduation week). -

The rooms were large, tidy and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and outgoing, which is a rarity nowadays in hotels with this star rating, it was more in keeping with a more expensive hotel or a higher star rating. It was a great location and I will certainly stay here next time I'm in Manchester. - Every thing was excelle

The friendly attitude of the staff helped us to feel relaxed immediately upon arrival, they were efficient and checking in in was completed quite quickly. It was in a very good location and in walking distance to Manchester Central Convention Center. It took 5 minutes to go there. Taxis, public busses, trams were all available depending where I wanted to go. There were many places to have a meal around the hotel. Piccadily area and station were not far away. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I slept very well for the 5 nights of accomodation. Almost no noise at all. The personel was kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice.

The staff - I have stayed in many hotels and there has never ever been a quality of staff both in customer relations or attitude as all the staff I have come across here. The location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully. For example, they have charging facilities for all mobile phones, they have a customer phone linked directly to a taxi service, they provided takeaway menus and organised the delivery etc. The room was really comfortable and I can't fault anything about the hot

The staff were just great, so helpful. It was fantastic the fact that we were able to leave our luggage with you for a couple of hours till check in time, most hotels do not offer such a service or if they do there's a charge.
