The staff were fantastic, the rooms were lovely and we were given a room upgrade on arival.
The on site resturaunt it amazing with fantastic fresh produce and it is lovely eating there whilst looking out onto the loch.

The staff were very friendly and helpfull even though they had a wedding in it did not affect our stay we arrived early and they looked after our luggage while we went for a walk also when we checked out they looked after it untill we went to the airport. and value for money we have stayed at other hotels in the past that have been a lot dearer tha

Highly recommended! Thank you for a lovely stay! We booked for family visiting us and ourselves, altogether party of 7 people, a one night stay at Inverness West -whilst visiting Loch Ness. Our overall initial impression excellent, plenty of car parking & warm welcome from reception. Good sized rooms & bathrooms, crisp white sheets and air con. Nice touch with shower & hand gel refills on wall.

The room was extremely comfortable and we were very impressed with the size of the room and the HUGE bed we had! The hotel is in a fantastic location for the town. Everything, it was just what I wanted. Please do not tell anyone about this hotel, it is a gem. Those reviews concerning no gym facilities know that when they book .. so why complain ? Modern clean rooms with excellent shower room, especially liked the shower gel supplied in wall dispenser gorgeous smell, the hand soap dispenser was the same, we stayed in room 9.
The hotel in general had a nice cosy feel to it.
Excellent staff, extremely helpful, cheery friendly and efficient, I travel a fair bit and these were the best I had encountered in quite a while.
The breakfast was lovely, yet again served by friendly cheery efficient staff.

Dont judge the hotel from the outside which looks tired and dated once inside you are in for a pleasant suprise. The foyer and reception area are bright and modern and the staff pleasant and helpfull. Our rooms were spotless and well equipped. All in all a great hotel and excellent value for money. The friendliness of all the staff. I must make comment on theexcellent service that followed me stating that one of theflurouresent tubes in the bathroom was 'flashing' and was making mefeel unwell. The staff were very polite and helpfull. The rooms were lovely and clean and and we weren't put in a cheap room just because it was out of season and low cosr. We had a room with a lovely view of the river! - I though the hotel had excellant cleanliness and was very central to clubs and pubs made for a perfect day
