The room was extremely comfortable and we were very impressed with the size of the room and the HUGE bed we had! The hotel is in a fantastic location for the town. We would definately stay at this hotel again. - it was near to the center of inverness with a beautiful view of the river ness and castle.the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean

The hotel is very close to the city centre and patrolled by the Police on foot. The hotel is within walking distance to all the nightlife. Modern clean rooms with excellent shower room, especially liked the shower gel supplied in wall dispenser gorgeous smell, the hand soap dispenser was the same, we stayed in room 9.
The hotel in general had a nice cosy feel to it.
Excellent staff, extremely helpful, cheery friendly and efficient, I travel a fair bit and these were the best I had encountered in quite a while.
The breakfast was lovely, yet again served by friendly cheery efficient staff.

The staff were very polite and helpfull. The rooms were lovely and clean and and we weren't put in a cheap room just because it was out of season and low cosr. We had a room with a lovely view of the river! - I though the hotel had excellant cleanliness and was very central to clubs and pubs made for a perfect day

A reasonably priced hotel for a short stay when visiting Inverness. A short stroll into the centre via the castle meant this hotel was good value for money. Our room was small and had a disappointing view of a wall. But it was clean and equipped with the essentials. -

Dont judge the hotel from the outside which looks tired and dated once inside you are in for a pleasant suprise. The foyer and reception area are bright and modern and the staff pleasant and helpfull. Our rooms were spotless and well equipped. All in all a great hotel and excellent value for money. The friendliness of all the staff. I must make comment on theexcellent service that followed me stating that one of theflurouresent tubes in the bathroom was 'flashing' and was making mefeel unwell. A very short walk from the train or bus station.
Premier Inn is very clean and appears to be newly built.
We were met with a smile and a friendly attitude.
They are very energy conscious and the first thing you notice when you get to your room you need to use your card/room key to activate the main lights.

The staff who greeted us were really delightful, friendly & knowledgeable. The decor in the restaurant/bar areas is just lovely. Our rooms were perfectly clean & tidy & a positive must go to the cleaners who were lovely when we encountered them also. Breakfasts were fine. Special mention to Stefan in the restaurant bar area.....he was just beautiful the way he dealt with an elderly couple who were sitting next to us. He is a special asset to your hotel.

Highly recommended! Thank you for a lovely stay! We booked for family visiting us and ourselves, altogether party of 7 people, a one night stay at Inverness West -whilst visiting Loch Ness. Our overall initial impression excellent, plenty of car parking & warm welcome from reception. Good sized rooms & bathrooms, crisp white sheets and air con. Nice touch with shower & hand gel refills on wall.
