The room was extremely comfortable and we were very impressed with the size of the room and the HUGE bed we had! The hotel is in a fantastic location for the town. We would definately stay at this hotel again. - it was near to the center of inverness with a beautiful view of the river ness and castle.the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean

The staff were very friendly and helpfull even though they had a wedding in it did not affect our stay we arrived early and they looked after our luggage while we went for a walk also when we checked out they looked after it untill we went to the airport. and value for money we have stayed at other hotels in the past that have been a lot dearer tha

My husband and I absolutely fell in love with the Bunchrew House. We
stayed in the Lovat Room complete with a beautiful king-size four-poster
bed a forest view. The House is castle-like and right on a lake--a
perfect honeymoon spot.

My Fiance and I stayed here for one night. It was absolutly beautiful!
The staff were fantastic, the rooms were lovely and we were given a room upgrade on arival.
The on site resturaunt it amazing with fantastic fresh produce and it is lovely eating there whilst looking out onto the loch.

Modern clean rooms with excellent shower room, especially liked the shower gel supplied in wall dispenser gorgeous smell, the hand soap dispenser was the same, we stayed in room 9.
The hotel in general had a nice cosy feel to it.
Excellent staff, extremely helpful, cheery friendly and efficient, I travel a fair bit and these were the best I had encountered in quite a while.
The breakfast was lovely, yet again served by friendly cheery efficient staff.

A reasonably priced hotel for a short stay when visiting Inverness. A short stroll into the centre via the castle meant this hotel was good value for money. Our room was small and had a disappointing view of a wall. But it was clean and equipped with the essentials. -
Great staff, cosy and Nice location only a few minutes walk to the castle!

Jade was fabulous. Not only were the meals fantastic but she was great to give ideas and opinions on things to do there and foods to try. Our luggage was lost and she went above and beyond to help us acquire what we needed even offering her own coat for me to use. We stayed up many a nights talking and discussing random things about the different

Made to feel very welcome with drinks on the patio on arrival. Room very clean and modern and perfect location to walk into town. We were able to leave our bags all day after checkout which saved a lot if discomfort carrying these around on a very hot day. The owner was,very friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. Would definitely recommend to others and return.

The friendliness of all the staff. I must make comment on theexcellent service that followed me stating that one of theflurouresent tubes in the bathroom was 'flashing' and was making mefeel unwell. I have 2 small dog and this was no problem with the hotel the food was really good and we enjoyed the swimming pool. Wimberley house was very clean, you got breakfast in your room which was nice as you could eat when you wanted too, staff were lovely especially on the last day when we went back to collect our case and the lady gave us a lift back into town which really helped. Wimberley House was in a lovely quite area which was about 20 mins walk from the town

We liked the fact that we arrived at Inverness at 9 pm really tired and everything was really clean, comfortable and ready to rest.
Tha breakfast was included with yougurths, milk jam butter fruit cereals and coissants coffe and tea making facilities.
Everything was new and the bathroon (ensuite) was perfect.
