Location and see view, spacious room, comfy bed, decent shower, good welcome, and tea/coffee in the room. There were lots of leaflets in the room. The wireless worked well. There were some basic toiletries (shower gel and shampoo attached to the wall) in case you forget your own.

It was extremely convenient for my meeting venue (particularly good, as the weather was vile!)
Despite being on the sea front and a busy road in a first floor room, it was very quiet - I could just hear the sea rolling on the shingle, which was nice to wake up to in the middle of the night
And by an extraordinary coincidence, the hotel had taken over the one next door - so I was sleepi

The Staff were helpful and welcoming, and the food was excellent,our trip was to see relatives and we all enjoyed an excellent evening meal in the hotel, which was also very relaxing as the lounge and dining room areas are very comfortable. We only stayed for one night, but would've loved to have stayed longer it was so enjoyable! We stayed in the Rosemary & Thyme room which is beautifully furnished with a great deal of thought to attention to detail. Even down to a small floor tray for your shoes! The bathroom is lovely too, with the best shower ever!! Breakfast, very tastey, would defiantly recommend the kippers, very tastey! We were made to feel very welcome, and would recommend to anyone visiting Hastings!

The owner/manager was very kind and courteous. I felt safe there as well as comfortable. It is obvious that the owner takes pride in his establishment. The room (and the rest of the B&B as well) was clean and well looked after. I would certainly stay there again. -

The room was clean and recently refurbished with all the basic needs including internet provided for.
Breakfast was pleasant and very good value. I was able to check in late (9 pm) but parking was a bit difficult as no spaces outside and had to use a nearby car park underground but provided with a permit from the hotel. -

away. The sea view from the room, access to the beach was less than 2 minutes away. Parking in the underground car park just 2 minutes from outside the Hotel was also good.

This was our second stay at the Tower House so we chose to go again as it is clean and comfortable and in a nice quiet location.
I particularly like the garden.
I also like that you can check in anytime as the keys are left for you to pick up.
First time we stayed there was a map left for us with nice restaurants etc marked so we had an idea of where to go.

My wife and i stayed 4 nights at The Sea Spirit, and from the monet we got there enjoyed it all, Very friendly hosts, the rooms were exceptionally clean, very comfortable and well stocked with complimentry tea Coffee etc, Free wifi, The breakfast we had each morning was one of the best i have ever had, real fresh local food, Just a 15 minute walk

Lovely rooms and decor, very clean. Breakfast was excellent, I had veggie which was lovely and my partner had full English which she also really enjoyed. There was also the option of continental breakfast as well as other options such as Hastings kippers. The owners are great and make you feel very welcome and are extremely helpful. Lovely experience.

The brilliantly executed mediaeval decor alone is worth coming to see. Add to this the friendly and informal company of Phil and Michelle and you have perfection. Home-made items on the breakfast menu are deliciously memorable, and the room was extremely comfortable. I saw (but did not occupy) the four-poster bed, and I am sure it would appeal to any couple.

The quirky old character of the house and your very friendly nature. The room was lovely and you provided everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the house very close to the fishing area, being in the main 'Old Town' Street. Amel and I had a wonderful time and it 'made' our trip to the English seaside for her. She agreed that whenever we are married, Hastings would be a lovely place to live, where I can paint. Thank you very much for a lovely stay and lovely breakfast.
