The breakfast was excellent, we throughly enjoyed our stay, and I have already reccommended the hotel to my friends and family.

When we arrived they had no details of our booking, however they behaved in a very professional way and quickly resolved the issue. The sofa bed was then made up within 1/2 hour of our arrival. All staff were friendly and very helpful. - Rooms very clean and had all the facilities you would expect. Loved that breakfast was served from 6am until 11

The staff at Artto were very helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is across the street from the central train station and not far from the Queens Street station. I would recommend it to others. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. The rates were very fair for the area. -

It is obviously being redecorated as I could smell fresh paint.

we found the hotel staff really friendly and catered to all our needs. The breakfast buffet was excellent the central location of the hotel let us wander around glasgow city centre with ease on our departure we were able to leave our luggage with reception until our taxi took us to the airport we will definitely be using this hotel again - We check

the hotel was very comfortable and was handy for what we were there for . We were going to the theatre and a meal the hotel was vey handy for this. It was really clean and the room was very spacious, I would stay there again no problem. - very efficient booking in procedure and friendly staff. nice clean room and good breakfast in the morning

Reception staff were very welcoming, thrilled at Hotel having a minibus service to the concert we were attending, room was very comfortable and clean, slept very well and I don't usually on a first night. A delightful hotel serviced by very friendly and efficient staff giving the impression of a family run establishment. I was particularly impressed to find the heating was left on over night, and not turned off as is so often the case in some hotels. The manager, John, cares greatly about people living there and has a great sense of humour. It was great chatting with him and getting more to know about Scotland in general. With his customer-first mindset, he has made the stay really enjoyable because breakfast is personalized to one's taste. The room is also really neat and clean even though it was not really big. Nice bathroom and all. All in all, staying in Onslow Guest House is a good highlight of my trip after staying in larger accommoda
