Everything. The facilities are complete and well-maintained. Very clean and really good location. We actually extended our stay because we were very happy with the place. Although parking is not available, the parking off restriction after 630pm helps, right at the door step. Will definitely come again here if we ever go to Edinburgh next time.
beautiful apartment with all the facilities you needed , lovely tea and coffee to tide you over until you got to local shop only up the road (costcutters) nice bars and restaurants nearby. would recommend these apartments really enjoyed our stay,. όλα τα σχόλια »
That it was close to the city and it was ver cozy and home like in the apartment. And we are planning on coming back soon with another couple. So if u wanna give us a cheap deal ;) that would be great ta.
The room are comfortable. And nearby the Prince street, the main street in edinburgh.
The kitchen is good for all who love cooking :D Excellent. We will back again.

A very comfortable apartment in a location handy to the centre of town. Well set up, and staff were quick to respond when there was a problem (eg oven broke down).
We had a brilliant time in Edinburgh & the apartments were ideal, rather than sitting on a bed in a hotel room for 2 nights this was more homely.
Appartment was fantastic girlfriend really liked it , it was her 21 so it was a good base ,to have , she nearly stayed because the bed was so comfy.
Location and value were principal issues. However, the fact that the apartment was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed was a great bonus.
Size was large on two floors, lighting and decor was modern, well equipt, which made for an excellent central city base. Definitely recommend.

shower took a while to manage and floor area got wet until I managed to figure it out but no complaints really .
The check-in counter located far away from the apartment.... almost 15 mins needed.
at times can be noisey due to laneway at back with late night/early morning revellers! also at times, with loudness of other neighbours can come through; majority of time internet dropped out.
not much just could have had coat hooks behind the door ,
And there was a cupple of hairs in the bed but apart from that it was ace thank you.
Very little. I had to find the switch box to turn the microwave on.
There was no egg cups!! Everything was brilliant x.
Lack of carpets on stairs made use slippery.
Would be good to have check in at 2 rather than 3pm and check out at 11
rather than 10am. TV's were not programmed.

Some of the appliances take a bit of getting used to - the type of thing you'd learn if you'd bought it yourself, but it's a bit of a pain if you're only there for a day or so.

I had to chase the staff to get a 2nd key for my apartment.
The stairs in the apartment could be a little difficult at times.
Found the dining table a little unsteady as kept turning around and not picking could have done with some egg cups!.
Appalled at the rubbish littering the street just outside the apartment and the area in general was quite dirty.
Windows needed cleaning.

Some of the fitments were broken. It was well used and a little tired looking.
Some of the fixtures were falling apart (bathroom door handle, shower
fixtures) and it was tricky to manage te temperature. Even when we
turned the heating unit off, it was still quite warm. Had to leave the
windows open all day and night to keep it comfertable.
Collection of keys a distance away.
.... There is no table nor desk to work (if one is travelling for business) or put the dishes on (if one uses the htper-equipped kitchen) !!.
noise levels with the wooden floors meant you could hear the adjacent apartments and they could probably hear us.

Having to get keys from office as letsbookhotel.com had failed to pass on our
correct email address.
Few faults with apartment which were put right as soon as they were reported.
The audio lead in 18/2 needs replacing (the ipod jack white lead).
The stairs outside and inside the apartment. Esp the inside one, too noisy.

you have to go through very steep stairs :( very difficult with luggage and push chair.
Also the heating system.( I can't program it ) it is very hot very very hot. in contrast of that the hot water finish in 10 mins shower you have to be quick.
Heating in bathroom didn't work - was told the staff knew of it. The shower did not drain properly - inadequate.
