Holiday had excellent staff from thebellman, desk staff, to the housekeeping. - everything was just excellent and I'm pleased to have the opportunity to give my opinion.The staff were really well trained and the food was great.I was really impressed with everything and the hotel staff did their best to make sure we were comfortable.I hope to be back again.

I really have nothing to complain about. My initial image of the hotel painted in a drab gray and near the airport approach, left me with doubts about our choice. Once inside, all changed. The buffet dinner was just outstanding with chicken, salmon and ham cooked to perfection. The selection of vegetables and salads plus beverages was another bonus

Outstanding in all respects. - We arrived at 10:30am for a 2 night stay and were able to check in immediately, leaving our car in the Jurys Inn car park before travelling into London. Our Grandson loved the room view, directly across the road from the Concorde. At additional cost the bufet breakfast £9 and the evening meals at £11.50 for 2 courses were value for money. 3 mins from Hatton Cross, 40 mins to Piccadily Circus

Superb value compared to West End Hotels. Large, clean, quiet suite, excellent restaurant, friendly and very helpful staff. The hotel was near the airport. It was warm and comfortable. The option to have an early cooked breakfast was quite good. Bus from airport terminal was free. - This is an excellent hotel. I have stayed here several times and would always recommend it for its comfort and cleanliness

This the second time I have stayed at this hotel and once again found the staff very friendly. Room was basically comfortable and very clean. All very good, ideal for an over night airport stay, allthough I would have been quite happy staying longer. I have stayed in other airport hotels in the area and this was much better than my last hotel!! - I only stayed to sleep after a 24 hour journey and found it clean and tidy with no fuss ,which was what i wanted.

The staff was very helpful, both at the desk and the maintenance man we needed in reference to the bathtub that would not drain. You placed us in another room. I tried hard to identify a BandB type accommodation, rather than a big impersonal hotel, close to Heathrow. Very satisfying on both counts. Lovely furnishings and garden, easy transport access. There was even no flight noise. It was classic European style BandB, with a small room; perfect for my situation. Fabulous host. Will definitely stay

We got lost trying to find the hotel, we called Dean and he helped us find our way. Once there, he carried our bags to our room for us and immediately offered us beverages. He was there right at 7am the next morning with breakfast, which we needed him to be as we had an early flight. First class service. Thank you.
