We found are stay very relaxing and staff very helpfull at all times a very friendly ampsphere - Located in the middle of town. Room small but adequate. The breakfast was fine.

A fabulous B&B. We stayed in the annex for 3 nights and had a great time. Tricia and Matthew were lovely hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was spotlessly clean and done out to a very high standard. Breakfast was amazing - everything you could wish for was available. Definitely recommend this gem of a B&B. -

Beautifully appointed with tasteful decoration throughout Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful owners.
Good selection at breakfast and the cooked breakfast was lovely. Excellent facilities in the rooms including fast free internet.
Town centre within in walking distance. Plenty of off road parking available.
Excellent value for money.

John and Cean Potts run a really lovely place, we spent 3 nights here and wish it had been longer,they were excellent hosts,the rooms were spotlessly clean and the food was just the ticket, breakfast set you up for the day,and the evening meal was also excellent.Whoever made the comment about the photo's and pictures around the place should rememb

The owners are very hospitable and clearly take a lot of pride in the establishment which is kept very clean with lots of attention to detail. The room was a good size and the bathroom was updated and modern. The bar/lounge area and restaurant are very comfortable and nicely decorated.The food and service were excellent. We would definitely recommend the Carpenters Arms.
