The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. The breakfast is the most enjoyable continental breakfast I have ever seen in hostels, and there are free dinner nights. There is a living room where you can watch films and play video games. The locaton is excellent, just ten minutes walk to the castle.

It was above expectations. We were impressed by the cleanliness and well organized rooms and tidy kitchen. The price was fair in comparison to other hotels. The flat was not tight as compared to most UK hotels and flats. It is an excellent choice for the families. - The apartment was spacious and well decorated, and also conveniently located.

Stayed in an apartment not hotel. Ideally situated, great value and extremely clean and comfortable. Will definitely return. Lady booking us in was extremely helpful. - It was quite close to the city centre - only a 20 minute walk. \It wasvery secure and the apartment was immaculate and well presented.

We were upgraded to the master suite for the same rate we were paying, as there was some confusion over our booking. When we opened the door we were wowed, absolutley fantastic view over Cardiff Bay and the room was very comfortable and quite. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, will be going back and will recommend to friends and family.

This was the reason for our visit to Cardiff. As a birthday present for a teenager who is mad about the programme. She had a lovely chat to your doormen who seem very knowlegable about the whole subject. The rooms have a wonderful veiw.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and great service. We had dinner on one occasion and breakfast on both mornings of our stay at the hotel and all three meals wee superb. - easy to get to , facilities were very good. staff were very helpful as one of the 2 rooms booked did not get to the hotel system. It was remedied with no fuss or problem

We found the complex easily and were swiftly met by friendly staff who showed us to the secure parking bay and our apartment. This was very clean with a lovely view towards the bay, really quiet with nice big Windows to open. Absolutely love this place. I felt as if I just changed residence. The staff were very prompt prior to arrival and took care of any questions, concerns, and had good advice for venues. They also provided 25% off at 5 restaurants and pubs down by the wharf. The wharf was about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The city center was about 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction. Hotel is in a good location for Cardiff City Centre. It's clean, with friendly staff, so I think is great value for money. I took my daughter to The Dr Who Experience, it was only 15mins drive and good eating places nearby if you don't fancy being on the roads with the Cardiff mad drivers! -

Fantastic, well appointed accommodation. We were lucky enough to have a south-west facing apartment overlooking the river and enjoyed each evening with a bottle of wine on the balcony. Cardiff is such a small city by square miles that really any location is
a good location. Our apartment was a 5 minute walk to Mermaid Quay which
is very family friendly yet also accommodates a young nightlife. We
walked over their both nights and found many options to eat and drink
at. Overall the apartment was in good condition and our contact person
was very responsive to emails and phone calls.
