The 5-star Accordia apartments each have a spacious living area with a flat-screen TV and bare wooden floors. There is under-floor heating throughout, and each has a luxury bathroom. Each Accordia apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows. The fitted kitchens have a microwave, refrigerator and kitchenware, and there is also an elegant dining area. Situated in the city centre, Accordia Apartments is just a few metres from the University Botanic Garden. The famous Cambridge University Colleges and River Cam are within a 15-minute walk.

We arrived at 1pm earlier than the 3pm check in, we spoke to Hans who met us and took us to a different apartment that was ready, it was in a new development and was decorated to a very high standard and we were greeted by fresh flowers, which I thought was a very nice touch, no wifi but Hans returned with a dongle for us to use, he also provided a map and talked us through some places to visit, quite a walk into Cambridge but we enjoyed it, lovely break overall.

New, clean apartment with comfy beds and plenty of kitchen equipment. Good location. We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment a street away (the new Kaleidescope development). Absolutely brand new and very comfortable. Hans was very helpful and easy to get hold of. Hans, the owner/manager was extremely helpful and gave us all the information we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. Spacious and modern apartment, close to city centre. Ideal for city break if you want an alternative to hotels. Nice room. Very comfortable place to stay. Will defo book again. Will take my own dvd player and knifes lol. Purpose built Modern Great views Quiet Stylish Good parking Lovely fluffy white towels. Very well laid out apartment finished to high standard. Good location for our needs. Large space Fully equipped kitchen Clean. Great living space. I would recommend a mirror or two in the bedrooms as the only mirror is in the bathroom, with 3 females trying to get ready, it was a bit awkward at times, other than that, everything else was great. Railway very close to the apartment and could hear some of the trains passing by. The apartment was so new that there was no internet yet; we were lent a 3g dongle which was nice but limited bandwidth. The sofa was quite small and the only other seating were two 'designer chairs' which whilst aesthetically appropriate did not permit lounging! Two keys rather than one would have been helpful. Had to wait 30 minutes to be checked in. A little expensive. Not enough cuttlery. There were no knifes or frying pans. Dvd player would be nice. Beds uncomfortable. Would like more crockery No toiletries. Not easy to find, giving pre-notice of arrival time, located in block of apartments, not a purpose built facility. No blinds in certain windows. N/A. It was not what we were sold by bookings.com. I was sold a room in Nobleo Accordia but we never stayed there we stayed in a unsold apartment in a housing estate that was nowhere near where we wanted to be . The photos of the room had nothing to do with the room we stayed in. The room it's self was fine however this was a total miss representation. A very good business model for the owner. But be aware. Not clean, onion odors, carpets not clean, not enough pillows, worst of all--no hit water.
