We had an excellent stay - the staff were so helpful, polite and personable. Our room was prepared with an extra bed as requested, it was comfortable, clean, good size and well decorated. The food was excellent, lovely to sit in the bar with the pianist playing beautifully and it was super to use the leisure facilities. - our room was spotless as

As indicated, all of the above contributed to a most enjoyable stay at this particular hotel. We liked its modern and fresh style. polite and helpfull staff who would go out of their way to assist and room service at 1am was excellent. - good carparking, excellent suite of rooms with sea view at front of hotel which was an unexpected bonus

The ease of checkout, the hotel restaurant, the room itself was spacious and well designed. Excellent breakfast and such a lovely place to stay. - Beautiful views over the sea, very pleasant and helpful staff. Location of the hotel was close to all amenities.

The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked

Everything. The room we were offered was brand new, very tastefully decorated to a high standard. Lots of touches that puts this place above the rest like: On arrival we were greeted in the car park and our cases carried in, we were offered a tray of tea/coffee and this was delivered to our room with homemade bread pudding aswell!! Myself and my partner have just spent two nights at southern breeze lodge,which is run by a lovely couple Malcolm and fran.On arrival Malcolm came out to meet us and helped with our luggage, we were then offered a fresh pot of tea and homemade bread and butter pudding which I thought was a lovely touch! The rooms were kept spotless and cleaned on a daily basis.We were cooked a full English breakfast by fran each morning with was superb and set us up for the day,I would highly recommend this lov

One road off the sea front and an easy walk into town. Our room was great and then we got upgraded to shelter us from the noise of a wedding reception. Roll top bath in the big luxurious room; on suite as well. The staff were caring and professional, the food fantastic. We ate on our 2 for 1 Tastecard which was another bonus. We will return to Bournemouth just to stay at The Green House. Thanks

Very accessible to all amenities, clean room and clean bathroom.
Accessible room downstairs was provided as I was on crutches and couldn't do stairs, it had a separate entrance on to flat terrain which was a lot easier. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. -

Fabulous hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Made to feel most welcome indeed. Breakfast exceptional. Cleanliness was first class and rooms are nicely decorated and user friendly with excellent furniture

Staff were excellent and reception were brilliant, ringing me when my room was available to check in which was 11am, very early. Also as we had come to see the air show they had printed brochures with timetables which were so helpful as we hadn't been before. We were able to leave our bag at the hotel after check out and when we collected it were able to use the facilities and change after being on the beach all day ready for our journey home. It was very easy to book in at reception. The hotel staff were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble and they took time to get to know us. Reception warm and welcoming.Rooms excellent, ours was huge, the ensuite very clean-very impressed at having fresh towels and shower curtain on the first morning, especially as only staying for two nights. Friendly, family run hotel that accomodates everyone from young to old! We stayed with our 2 year old son, and nothing was too much trouble. It felt more like staying in someones home than in a hotel. - friendly, family like athmosphere. great breakfast and very comfortable bed.
