  Staff friendliness and professionalism. Leisure facilities complimentary. We were the only ones in there so had pool, sauna and jacuzzi to ourselves. There was no one in the gym either - shame we were only there 1 night. Excellent breakfast. Recommend and would stay there again.   The service from all staff was prompt efficient and friendly. When a problem arose in the allocated room another room was immediately offered. Although the purpose of the visit to the area was to attend a family funeral the extra days that we stayed were very relaxing and enjoyable at the hotel.   absoulutley loved the hotel. we came here for our 2 year anniversary it was perfect. the hotel is well presented and modern. we had the balcony and sea view which was fab.definatley coming back. the pool in the other hotel was lovley and warm.were the only 2 people in there also the sauna was fun. would definatley recoment this hotel to anybody the... τι λέει ο κόσμος » young and the old. the breakfast was yummy. there was anything and everything from toast,full english to yoghuts.worth the money. - Excellent location - easy walk to the town centre and the beaches. Myroom had a double bed with a side sea view which I liked very much. Itwas quiet and relaxing (ie no long children or noisy families) and thebreakfast was very good - a more than adequate variety (fresh, goodquality). The staff were nice, helpful and yet unobtrusive.

Food and facilities also excellent. - We have stayed at the Durley Dean on a number of occasions over the years and the recent refurbishment has certainly made a difference.
