  Excellent hotel - rooms lovely - we booked a ine night stay as my husband had a business appt in the area which meant I could also play golf. We booked a golf break as included golf and dinner - well worth it. Spa good. Golf course very nice - staff very helpful and friendly - unfortunately weather not kind but still had - The location was lovely with a great view. Room great. Breakfast fantastic. Spa very relaxing and friendly. The management in the Hotel did do all they could to sort out our issues once we highlighted them. They did allow us to stay in the spa for the rest of the day of checkout and seemed to have tried to make sure the staff on reception told clients about the early close of the spa we just got the wrong member of staff that didn't know! The spa was our main feature of why we chose Bryn meadow
