Position of hotel as it is close to where relatives live. We have stayed here before and would recommend it to others. convenient location, as a lone female traveller I felt safe. Attention to our concerns. staff very efficient and friendly. Comfortable bed. The only problem I encounterd was no hot water in the morning. However, by husband used the shower about 15 mins. later and the water was hot.όλα τα σχόλια »
Breakfast was not included. A bit tatty in the room with the decoration being due for renewal.The Hotel looks tired. It needs a major facelift. Very Nice bar but its not open in the evenings. I found the reception staff very rude and unhelpful. Whole Hotel is tired looking, the room we stayed in was very dirty, net curtains black and torn, it is obvious that this room had been a smoking room and despite 12 months since the smoking ban the room still had brown nicotine residue every where, flaking paint in the bathroom and no sign of any complimentary bathroom toiletries, all in all a very very poor quality hotel.
