  I stayed at the premier inn, Basildon festival leisure park the night before my wedding and my wedding night. The staff were fantastic! They all made such an effort to make our stay as relaxing as possible. We returned to our room on our wedding night to find a bottle of champers, a box of chocolates and a lovely card. Thank you very much!!! - Great value for money as it was only a quick visit for us checking in in the evening and out first thing to Wimbledon! The reception staff were excellent, particularly on check in. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped - especially for £59!

  The location was nice, very easy to find and not far from anywhere.The staff were very nice and helpful.The hotel was very clean and the room was basic but spotless.Unfortunately on this occasion we found that the bed was extremely uncomfortable, we have never had this problem atany of the premier inns before.The staff did everything they could to... τι λέει ο κόσμος » try and rectify the problem answered helpful. - We only stayed the night after a family party but the hotel was lovely and clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and welcoming. The receptionist in the morning offered to walk us to the taxi with an umbrella as it was pouring down! Although we would never expect someone to do this for us, we were touched by the offer.

  The staff on reception especially the older women who met us and booked us in was exceptional and I would say she went above and beyond to be welcoming as we made a quick alteration to our booking and had problems with the card readers for payment but at no point made us feel uncomfortable when it wasn't clear what the problem was with payment. - ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » Unbeatable value if all you are looking for is a clean fuss free room with 4 beds and polite friendly staff.
