Clean and McDonald even I almost never care for it. When you are hungry, you eat anything. Restaurant's menu looked great but wanted to just have a simple meal this time. The shuttle bus service was great-- cheap and very regular. It seemed
like everytime we were in the lobby, there was a bus out front waiting
for passengers. We took the Stansted Express into London 2 days in a row
and it was extremely easy. One night we got back to Stansted very late
and were pleased to discover the shuttle bus runs until 1 A.M., so we
had no trouble getting back to the hotel. The staff was very friendly.

What a pleasant surprise. We booked this hotel because it had an offer "Best deal" and needed an overnight stay at Stansted. Even though the hotel is ideally situated close to the airport and the M4 no noise could be heard. I was here to attend a wedding a few miles away and so none of your above categories fit at all so I had to pick a box and chose mountains as this is the most unsuitable.The staff were very helpful and although I arrived before official check in time I( was able to check in straightaway. It was a hot day but the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly.The helpful receptionist phoned for a taxi for me.

The BandB was wonderful. a real charming lodge and area. The hosts were very friendly and could not have done more, would highly recommend a stay here to a charmless hotel - Adequate room, warm, cosy and very clean - plenty of hot water! Breakfast was ample. Location to airport was good. Onsite parking. Airport drop-off/pick-up.

We travelled with our dog and the hotel served for dual purposes. Night 1 overnight stay prior to a business trip flying from Stansted and night 2 an overnight stay en route to Dover. Nothing was too much trouble, very friendly and helpful owners, the bed was very comfortable and our room was lovely and clean. Lovely little village, easy to find. We felt very welcome and now we have found Bonningtons we will definitely be staying again before we fly out of Stansted and the fact that it included parking and transfers to the airport was a bonus for us. Our room was spotlessly clean & very comfortable. The bed & bedding were superb. We really enjoyed our evening meal, which is several cuts above 'pub grub'. The breakfast was especially good, with a wide range of choices, like the delicious Eggs Florentine I had. The service was very efficient and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The settin is a perfect example of an English village with a village green, & was very peaceful.
