  The owners were very helpful,nothing too much trouble,the standard was very high,fabulous room, newly re-furbished, quality furnishings and very high standards of cleanliness, Bathroom superb also attention to toiletries available in bathroom was very much admired and appreciated, beautiful/tasteful bedding also very comfortable beds. yes could no... τι λέει ο κόσμος » t fault, even gave lifts to and from nearby pub. - Missed flight out of stansted so was feeling pretty fed up. The Willows Guest house was just perfect. Approx 6 mins away, pick up from airport, which was just to good to be true, Twin room is compact but has everything one needs for overnight stay, bed really comfy,location beautiful, rual countryside, thatched roof to main house, I would most definately recommend and definatley stay again.

  From the moment Douglas picked me up from the airport I knew I was in good hands . I had no idea that the drive to the beautifully appointed house would be through Hatfield Heath and would involve seeing deer ,pheasant , rabbits and a hare ! The house was beautiful , the roll top bath divine and my room warm , welcoming and tastefully furnished .
