Pristine new hotel with excellent, friendly staff and very nice rooms. Also good restaurant at reasonable prices. Might I suggest a signpost from the parkway if possible? great value for money if bought well in advance reasonable position to entertainment centre, its basic + hotel very clean , staff friendly, my room was over a major road , but never heard traffic , breakfast @ 4.95 was continental style but eat as much as you like , and special snack deal was good valye sandwich snack dink & fruit @3.95.
would have no hesitation staying there again

Comfortable, well presented, good food, pleasant and helpful staff, very convenient location. Were able to drop our bags off early which was very useful. - Very comfortable rooms, well decorated. Excellent location of hotel for arena, shopping centre etc.

Excellent value for money. (An added bonus was its location alongside the grammar school I attended 1943-48 which I hadn't seen since then!) - We were attending a local wedding and all the staff were very helpful providing directions and information regarding the venue.

There was a problem with the heater in my room but within a few minute of me having reported it to reception a portable heater was provided.The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The friendly and attentive staff, especially Alan on night reception duty and the very courteous young lady the following morning. The very comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. Excellent service by the hotel staff. They were all very friendly and attentive. The hotel is the city centre so an excellent location. The room was nicely decorated with a flat screen tv and free wireless internet. - The room was excellent value for money, very spacious and the bed was very comfortable

The rooms and its facilities. Well sized, with plenty of space to move around, the air conditioning worked properly, the bed was in very good order and the bedding was clean and comfortable. It is superbly placed for City Centre attractions including the 02 Acadamy (300metres).Friendly Staff. Good selection at breakfast. Eat in the restaurant or order any meal and eat in your room.

The staff were absolutely great - so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We stayed due to my partners birthday and were quite hungover when we arrived so went straight off to the pool which was lovely - really relaxing.
