Shuttle service was ideal for me. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean and I was able to have a good nights sleep before an early start to fly to France for meetings the next day.Relatively quiet- some traffic noise until late.
It was ideal for my needs. -

The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and the facilities were fantastic. The room was lovely and comfortable and overall it was a fantastic place to stay. The staff really where the best thing about the hotel, they were all incredibly helpful and pleasant and this really stood out to both me and my pat

I was staying there due to a wedding and they made the room available to be earlier in the day than normal.This is thought was extremely nice of the hotel staff and excellent from a customers point of you. - It was my best friends wedding and all the staff were very polite and helpful - nothing went wrong for anyone

I have stayed here before and if the price is still ok I will stay next time I am in england. The hotel is clean the staff are pleasant and effıcient. - I really enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool bath. The food was great, You can truly relax here more often at these prices, thank you.

friendly staff, we asked for a late check out and had no problem. Also couldnt find the hotel, we called and they guided us in problem. - It was very basic but we got what we paid for. It was good value for money and very convenient to where we wanted to be.

Everything was excellent about this stay. we were a group of 4 girls going out to a concert and were given ajoining rooms which was fab!! staff were very helpfull in booking us a taxi into manchester and bar staff very nice too. Breakfast was top!! Couldn't have been better. we were all very pleased with our stay. - The whole experience - location
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » (near the University halls of residence), excellent staff, both at reception at time of arrival and in the restaurant, secure parking,cleanliness and the fact that it has recently been refurbished. Oh and they gave us a free room upgrade.

The Heart Apartments are in a great location on the outskirts of Manchester yet only a short tram or taxi trip into the city centre.
Have previously stayed in the city centre and much preferred Media City UK.
Very handy for the Imperial War Museum, great shops in the Lowry centre.
The Apartments are really lovely, very clean modern interior

Concierge staff are outstanding and can't do enough to help. -
We had 2 bedroom appartment which was spacious and well equiped. I liked the fact there was tea/ coffee/washing up liqued and cloths. The linen and towels were excellent. certainly stay here agian on next visit to Manchester. Tram runs out from city centre and appartments only a few mins walk. Booth's shop round the corner has everything you would require for a stay. Lovely food and drink products.

The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone. Would definitely use again. - Me and my partner stayed at the hotel we thought it was very lush and enjoyed our stay, will probably stay

The breakfast was great considering it's free. There was lots of parking available. The staff were really nice and helped direct me to where i needed to go. The rooms are very clean and got a great rate! - It was very comfortable and clean and staff were friendly. We had a very pleasant stay

τοποθεσία, room service - We arrived on sunday, and left on wednesday. Room was very nice and clean. It was cleaned every day. Hotel staff was very friendly. We slept very good (no loud noises or anything). Location is very good. Very close to Manchester piccadily train station and close to the Apollo (where we went to see Alter Bridge on sunday) a
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » nd close to the MEN arena (where we went to WWE on monday and tuesday). - When we first walked into the Hotel It was very impressive and the staff were very friendly and helpful, The room was clean and had what we needed.The breakfast was second to none . The location is right in the heart of the city with the bus stop 1 min away and train station approx 5 mins. So top marks all around. Thank you
