the personal attention - I thought the Manchester Airport Marriott Hotel was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room looked great and the bed was very comfortable.

We had been warned before that building work was underway but it made no difference whatsoever to our enjoyment and all the staff went out of their way to be both friendly and helpful. There was also an enthusiasm for the place that was refreshing.
The pool was delightful. -

The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone. Would definitely use again. - Me and my partner stayed at the hotel we thought it was very lush and enjoyed our stay, will probably stay

The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor. This happened to be an upgrade as well, so I was even more impressed. All the facilities I used were a

I shall use the hotel again & I shall recommend this hotel aswell. - when staying at the hotel my boyfriend and i really enjoyed are selfs we went for my birthday and everyone at the hotel treated us like royalty and there nothing they didnt do for us! they made my birthday very special and memerable!! i would definatly recommed it to any one!

A beautiful hotel with an imposing entrance. Our bedroom room was spacious and very attractive. The Midland is right in centre. Surrounded by cafes bars and theatres. We only stayed for one night as we had tickets for the Peter Gabriel concert at the Phones4U Arena. The hotel was perfectly situated for both the arena and access to all the delights Manchester shopping and culture has to offer - and we would not have known there was a National Museum of Football in the country if we hadn't scanned the helpful literature placed in our room. I have attended BSI training course. In my leisure time, I was in leisure club, which was execellent. The food was also good. The conference facilities was brilliant!!!! - No request was any trouble the staff were outstanding and ready toassist in any way possible. We stayed as a Wedding party

I'm a believer in you get what you pay for - we paid - and we got! 3 Generations stayed to celebrate my mum's 83rd birthday, we went to watch Tonga V Cook Islands in the RLWC. Tonga were staying at Worsley - the best birthday present for my mum EVER!

Ideal location for countryside -
We came with my parents and thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though it was only one night we thought the hotel and grounds were gorgeous and the pool fantastic . The staff were Also very helpful and friendly. Maybe could have had a bit more choice for dinner but otherwise food lovely . Would highly recommend this hotel and have done X
