I was looking for a hotel near to the O2, and the Ramada is excellent for that. Great if you arrive at London city airport. I was made very welcome from the moment I arrived at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and I was surprised how quiet it was, especially when the hotel is next to an airport, motorway and railway ! - When we arrive

The staff was nearly perfect and helpful, they solved our problems immediately. Although there were 2 kids beside us i feel myself very safe. It was quiet hotel and confortable. fantastic stay, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Once you arrive at the hotel you don't need a car, its next to the DLR, which some would say is a disadvantage but there was no sound, in fact we had 2 very peaceful nights. The Brewers fayre was very busy, but the staff were very polite and friendly, the food was great, very efficient, we will be back

Although a short visit we were made to feel very welcome, staff very nice and helpfull, all areas of the service provided were excellent will definately use a premier inn again! 10/10 from me, thanks. - The overall experience was friendly and I felt very well looked after by the staff. The food in the restaurant was also of a high standard.

The staff were superb - courteous, helpful and they all seemed to have customer focus as a basic principle. The hotel was clean and value for money. It was really busy on the night that we booked in at around 11.30pm. The gentleman who booked us in had just finished his shift. He had his coat and bag on, but because it was so busy, he took them off and started to help booking people in. he was so polite and we really appreciated that he was helping out even though he didn't have a duty to do

We travelled to London to attend a concert at the O2 Arena. The room we had was ideal, We could see the arena from our bedroom window and overlooked the green at the front. The free parking was great, and after settling our things into our room, we enjoyed the delights of a beer in the beautiful beer garden at the rear. 10 minute walk to the arena

Really pleased with the look and feel of the place. Its just been refurbished and it’s been really well done. Lovely decor and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was really busy with people due to go to the concert so if your after a quiet drink you might want to go in a little later but the staff coped well and drinks were served without too much delay. Well located for a concert as only a short walk to the O2 and station

I arrived at the hotel and promptly met by a member of staff offering to take my bags, check-in was really quick and easy, also taking the time out to explain how use the door card in the lift etc, reception arranged for a taxi when I asked to my destination and also arranged for the taxi to be waiting for me when I had finished later on in the eve
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ning, check out was good, overall the experience... - The staff were very friendly, there was a problem with the hotels computer system when we arrived, the hotel manager apoligised for this and took us through to the bar and gave my wife and myself a free drink while we waited for the problem to be fixed, this only took approx 10 mins, he then booked us in and gave us a free update to a suite for the inconvienance.

Very convenient location for Canary Wharf and 02 arena. Walk from the hotel and catch the DLR to Canary Wharf from East India (few mins walk, literally - and not main roads to cross), or take a 2 minute walk across a set of Traffic Lights to Blackwall DLR. Both stations take you to Canary Wharf, but please not you have to get off at Popular to g

It is only 5 mins walk under a tunnel from Blackwall station, you can see hotel from DLR.
Tea/Coffee and good size rooms, power shower!! Comfy beds, handy to have a hairdryer.I would stay again but ask for a do not disturb sign for door! Staff at check in desk friendly and check in/out quick and easy never had food so cant comment nice budget hotel close to shops (15 mins walk) Beware of taxis share if you can we did twice there and back after concert at 02, pre-book because you get a set fare

We have stayed in a number of hotels in Greenwich as we have family there. This was easily the best hotel we have stayed in in that area. Staff were very helpful and pleasant, our rooms were clean, comfortable and well furnished and the breakfast menu was good.

Thankyou Clarendom for making my birthday a day to remember. - This hotel was close to 02 arena where we were attending concert and was very accessible by bus/taxi. Staff were very friendly and helpful checking in and out. Room was clean, warm, and well decorated with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice and it was well presented. Excellent value for money and I will definitely stay there again.
