The staff were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble.Customer service like this goes a long way in my opinion. The facilities too were very good. The efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Although on a main road, the hotel was very quiet. Excellent breakfast! - very friendly and helpfull, should be rated higher than a two star

the staff at hte hotel were brilliant they made me feel welcome and couldnt do enough for me i will be using the boundary again and would recommend it to others - Have stayed here a couple of times - it is the first place I look for if I am heading to Leeds, great hotel

Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel accommodated my request for a quiet room by putting me in a peaceful canal-facing room at the end of a higher floor. Room was clean, fairly large, comfortable, well-designed, all the amenities you might need. 24/7 ironing room and food service if needed, also a decent quiet family pub next door. The hotel was small so we were checked in quickly and helped with the FREE car parking! The room was around the same standard as a premier inn with heated bathroom floors and a very comfy bed. The hotel itself looked like a converted house and the entrance and dining area were very homely looking. We were using this hotel as we had booked to do a

A family hotel whose staff were amazingly helpful and attentive - even swapping us to a ground-floor room (due to a broken ankle) without needing to be asked and despite its being a family room rather than the twin we had booked! Delicious breakfast, with generous variety (both continental and cooked). Superb location for the universities - just across the road. Right on bus route for shopping or bus/coach/train stations. Yet a feeling of being in the country - "at home" in the country. Thank

We stayed in this hotel only for one night, because we had a late connection flight. The personal was excellent, the comfort of beds unforgetable, the cleaness of rooms very very good. Friendly staff on arrival, at breakfast and on exit. Only stayed here as Leeds city centre was fully booked and were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was! Only 5 mins from the train station and centre of town. Spotlessly clean, everything available for breakfast even though we were one of the last to arrive the dining room. Overall, great place and would definitely stay again.

The welcome was great and the receptionist was very helpful, giving us a map, showing directions and telling us about 'extras', such as the Christmas market. We also liked the fact that TGI Fridays was attached(!) even though we didn't realise we could go straight through from the hotel! The breakfast was great and the room was comfortable - hoora

Premier Staff were very happy to help.Directions given to Rugby Stadium which was only 1.5 miles away, so prime location was key,l took my son and his friend to watch a World cup match and the whole experience was wonderful,l will use you again, Thanks Leeds

An amazing hotel. The staff are so lovely with the guests and, coupledwith the efficient service, make this the best hotel I have stayed in,in a long time. Beautiful Christmas trees in the reception area and thedining room and the added touches for Christmas, like complimentarymulled wine and mince pies made for a lovely atmosphere - Excellent valu
