The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was off the main street, so it was fairly quiet and peaceful - even on the rowdy Friday and Saturday nights. It was ideally placed for Headingley cricket and rugby grounds. - Attentiveness of staff. Quality of furnishings and decor. Excellent food and service.

Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel accommodated my request for a quiet room by putting me in a peaceful canal-facing room at the end of a higher floor. Room was clean, fairly large, comfortable, well-designed, all the amenities you might need. 24/7 ironing room and food service if needed, also a decent quiet family pub next door. The welcome was great and the receptionist was very helpful, giving us a map, showing directions and telling us about 'extras', such as the Christmas market. We also liked the fact that TGI Fridays was attached(!) even though we didn't realise we could go straight through from the hotel! The breakfast was great and the room was comfortable - hoora

Premier Staff were very happy to help.Directions given to Rugby Stadium which was only 1.5 miles away, so prime location was key,l took my son and his friend to watch a World cup match and the whole experience was wonderful,l will use you again, Thanks Leeds

An amazing hotel. The staff are so lovely with the guests and, coupledwith the efficient service, make this the best hotel I have stayed in,in a long time. Thhis was the first time I have ev er stayed at a Jury's and was selected because of its proximity to wholesalers and retail .
The welcome on the Friday evening was wonderful so helpful and as an ex director responsible for customer service programmes in over 950 stores was excellent - regretably I didn,t get the receptionists name but she 'scred'

I really enjoyed my stay at Jury's inn Bradford, even though it was only for a few hours as I arrived late to Bradford and had to set off early in the morning. The staff was great and welcoming, very approachable and friendly. The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, room was spacious with a huge window. It was conviniently located, parking was next door. It ticked all the boxes and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend anyone to stay at Jury's inn.

I was very impressed with the layout of the room (seperate toilet and shower room for 2+ guests, sit down shower/bath for comfort etc) and the colour scheme of the room, the sheets were lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Having never stayed in Leeds, I found I had picked a really good place to stay. Very rare would I give top marks for anything, but the hotel and the staff were all marvelous. In a rather full hotel the staff really went out of their way to accommodate us. We were visiting in Gildersome and this location was perfect. -
Location was good. Easy motorway access. Convenient for overnight stay as we attended a wedding nearby.
