Beautiful Art Deco refurbishment, attention to detail was outstanding.Excellent breakfast and all staff were very friendly, polite andhelpful. the staff were very polite and helpful .. from the receptionist to the waiting staff in the breakfast dining room and the night receptionist, nothing was any trouble for them at all - the ambience and welcoming atmosphere; the efficient,friendly but courteous staff for whom nothing was too much trouble

We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel.

I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent.
The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet.
The bottled water and chocs left every day.

the staff and hotel were lovely, the staff let us check in on arriving at the hotel (although it was before check in time), the rooms were clean, comfortable, i really enjoyed staying at this hotel and enjoyed using the facilities, any problems we did have (minor issue with the heating in the rooms) the staff dealt with promptly and were always at

The young male receptionist was the best receptionist I have ever met. He was friendly, helpful delightful to talk too.We arrived exhausted after an eventful day he was the most calming accommodating chap, nothing was too much effort for him.The room was excellent the bottled water and shortcake biscuits went down a treat. ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » served by two people who were so good at their job - We booked a midweek spa break and it was excellent - the room was huge and well appointed, we were spoilt for choice both breakfast and dinner and the food was cooked to perfection, the service couldn't be faulted and the spa treatments much appreciated. We would definately consider a return visit, but for more than one night next time....

The service from arrival to departure was outstanding, staff were very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble - we were made to feel really special. The room was spotless, the super king size bed was blissfully comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location and easy to find. This was 5-star luxury at a very reasonable rate. -

The facilities were excellent, the pool, and jacuzzi were lovely and warm and our baby son loved it! Having a living area as well as a bedroom made a huge difference. Living area had office space, small dining table with two chairs, two-seater settee and chair and a large television. Also a small television in the bedroom. Impressive swimming pool/leisure complex. Excellent! Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Chester Apartment for our sons graduation at the cathedral. What wonderful accomodation, very comfortable and excellent central location. Very close to the Mill Hotel, where we had a beautiful meal on the Canaletto barge restaurant, located at the hotel. Will be looking to book again in the near future.

The hotel building and rooms were luxurious and fabulous. The staff were fantastic and went that one step further to make our stay even better! The facilities were exceptional. We also booked the room on LetsBookHotel.com for 66 pounds with breakfast which was fantastic value. - I was particularly impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the staff.
