Beautiful Art Deco refurbishment, attention to detail was outstanding.Excellent breakfast and all staff were very friendly, polite andhelpful. ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » t having been born and bred in Liverpool and lived not too far from the Airport. Amazing to see the transformation from a terminal building into an Art Deco Hotel. Comfortable, relaxing, close to familiar ground although much has changed in 20 years!

Excellent value for money and great facilities. A little bit out of the city centre, but who needs to go there with the swimming pool, gym etc. etc. - Courteous and helpful staff. Quality of food. Excellent car parking.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. The staff were charming and couldn't have been more helpful. The room, hotel and restaurant were lovely and very good value for money. We would recommend this hotel. - The facilities and the quality of the room

It was a delightful surprise from start to finish. We were fortunate to book the apartment at a reasonable rate£267 for 4 . I would certainly stay again as would my friends but would like to stay for 2 nights with the right deal. I had to write to express my sincere thanks for a wonderful stay at your hotel! Your staff are a credit to Liverpool and nothing was too much trouble, from Luke on reception who was an absolute pleasure to deal with to the Gentleman who collected my car (I missed his name I'm sorry)
My room was immaculate and the service second to none! I will definitely be recommending The Richmond and returning myself very soon.
Once again thank you to all who made my stay so pleasurable!

We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel.

I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent.
The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet.
The bottled water and chocs left every day.

the staff and hotel were lovely, the staff let us check in on arriving at the hotel (although it was before check in time), the rooms were clean, comfortable, i really enjoyed staying at this hotel and enjoyed using the facilities, any problems we did have (minor issue with the heating in the rooms) the staff dealt with promptly and were always at

The service from arrival to departure was outstanding, staff were very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble - we were made to feel really special. The room was spotless, the super king size bed was blissfully comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location and easy to find. This was 5-star luxury at a very reasonable rate. -

Fridge in room for own use and provision of fresh milk for hot drinks. Staff very friendly and down to earth while being professional at all times. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Easy 25 minute walk into Chester town centre.

Have just returned home after spendig one night in the Crowne Plaza, Chester. the staff were exceptional, as one of our party of eight has coeliac disease, but not a problem to them, even down to breakfast on sun morning, she was well catered for, thoughtful and freindly personel - Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.
