Everything - Room - big and spacey, Staff - Extremely friendly, Location - Perfect within walking distance of just everything. the staff were very polite and helpful .. from the receptionist to the waiting staff in the breakfast dining room and the night receptionist, nothing was any trouble for them at all - the ambience and welcoming atmosphere; the efficient,friendly but courteous staff for whom nothing was too much trouble

It was a delightful surprise from start to finish. We were fortunate to book the apartment at a reasonable rate£267 for 4 . I would certainly stay again as would my friends but would like to stay for 2 nights with the right deal. I had to write to express my sincere thanks for a wonderful stay at your hotel! Your staff are a credit to Liverpool and nothing was too much trouble, from Luke on reception who was an absolute pleasure to deal with to the Gentleman who collected my car (I missed his name I'm sorry)
My room was immaculate and the service second to none! I will definitely be recommending The Richmond and returning myself very soon.
Once again thank you to all who made my stay so pleasurable!

the staff and hotel were lovely, the staff let us check in on arriving at the hotel (although it was before check in time), the rooms were clean, comfortable, i really enjoyed staying at this hotel and enjoyed using the facilities, any problems we did have (minor issue with the heating in the rooms) the staff dealt with promptly and were always at

The young male receptionist was the best receptionist I have ever met. He was friendly, helpful delightful to talk too.We arrived exhausted after an eventful day he was the most calming accommodating chap, nothing was too much effort for him.The room was excellent the bottled water and shortcake biscuits went down a treat. ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » served by two people who were so good at their job - We booked a midweek spa break and it was excellent - the room was huge and well appointed, we were spoilt for choice both breakfast and dinner and the food was cooked to perfection, the service couldn't be faulted and the spa treatments much appreciated. We would definately consider a return visit, but for more than one night next time....

The service from arrival to departure was outstanding, staff were very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble - we were made to feel really special. The room was spotless, the super king size bed was blissfully comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location and easy to find. This was 5-star luxury at a very reasonable rate. -

Fridge in room for own use and provision of fresh milk for hot drinks. Staff very friendly and down to earth while being professional at all times. Very comfortable bed and pillows. the staff were exceptional, as one of our party of eight has coeliac disease, but not a problem to them, even down to breakfast on sun morning, she was well catered for, thoughtful and freindly personel - Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.
