From the minute we stepped foot in the hotel the service was amazing. We
had 2 rooms £35 each which was a bargain and the staff couldn't do
enough for you. In the morning another helpful member of staff helped us
to get bus tickets to the airport and guided us to a table to take a

staff Gatwick north terminal they said they are the biggest but they are
deffo not the best this hotel is. A special mention to Ravendeep amazin -
The cost was really good for a family of 4. The bathroom was pretty big. There were some vending machines just in case you wanted to buy a snack. The Costa coffee and the bar were really cosy. Breakfast was not amazing, just fine. No noise from outside but terrible from the corridor. Really confortable bed, although it was quite hard so someone may not like it. Staff really nice. I'd go back, for a night or for a week, as we stayed. Location was good as it was next to M25.

The staff were very friendly and very willing to help in every way. The King size bed was extremely comfortable and the location was great. The Hopper shuttle service was very convenient and punctual and had us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you need somewhere to stay close to the airport

Friendly staff despite of the large size of hotel, location, access to airport, clean and modern room, facility it offered (restaurant etc) though I did not have time to use it, and the price. This hotel was absolutely lovely. We opened the door to our room and were really impressed. Lovely decor, very spacious, iron, ironing board, lots of sachets - not stingy - hair dryer, bathroom was luxury - kidney shaped bath, power shower, bidet hand basin and toilet - very spacious and with complimentary toiletries. Excellent value for money. For what you pay you get a good basic room with Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. I stayed in the budget room with shared bathroom, but never had to wait to use the bathroom at all. The bed was adequately comfortable.
The breakfast is excellent, really good Full English.
There are no evening meals served in the hotel itself but there are plenty of local restaurants and takeaways.
Staff are polite and very helpful.
I've since been back twice.

I tried hard to identify a BandB type accommodation, rather than a big impersonal hotel, close to Heathrow. Very satisfying on both counts. Lovely furnishings and garden, easy transport access. There was even no flight noise. It was classic European style BandB, with a small room; perfect for my situation. Fabulous host. Will definitely stay

We got lost trying to find the hotel, we called Dean and he helped us find our way. Once there, he carried our bags to our room for us and immediately offered us beverages. He was there right at 7am the next morning with breakfast, which we needed him to be as we had an early flight. First class service. Thank you.

A big plus for me personally was no radiators,instead large air conditioner that meant you chose your temperature not the hotel.
Another big plus very quiet room very well double glazed slept till 9 even though on busy road.
Also very clean and comfortable. -

station is a short walk from the hotel and I got to my terminal within

The staff was very friendly upon arrival. The Homestay is located a short walk from Hounslow Underground. Close to shops. Room was comfy and had a good night's sleep. The rain shower felt really good, perfect pressure. Free Wi-Fi. They serve breakfast and it smelled really good, but I did not have it there as I was visiting family ate out. I would definitely stay there again.

Appearance and location, modern looking. Very attractive restaurant and bar with excellent menu and the food well presented and high quality. Rooms well furnished but would still like to see more 'closet' space though only needed if staying for more than a few days, Staff were all very friendly and helpful and seem to enjoy working in this hotel.
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » It was a surprise to see the Manager actually around the hotel, and helping out when extra help was required. - Best nights sleep I've ever had... would highly recommend it - the customer service was exceptional from the moment you walk into the lobby to when you check out..well worth the extra money. :)
