  I stayed at this hotel while en route from Eastern Europe. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, they really couldn't do enough for you.. Always pleasant and helpful.. The hotel has all the facilities that I needed, an atm, concierge, room service, shuttle bus.. Would recommend highly!   All very good, ideal for an over night airport stay, allthough I would have been quite happy staying longer. I have stayed in other airport hotels in the area and this was much better than my last hotel!! - I only stayed to sleep after a 24 hour journey and found it clean and tidy with no fuss ,which was what i wanted.

  This the second time I have stayed at this hotel and once again found the staff very friendly. Room was basically comfortable and very clean.   The room was spacious and the bathroom had a towel warmer and the TV was large with many viewing options. The staff were all polite. The price was so reasonable I could not believe the accomadations for the price I paid. - Very comfortable room and very tasty food in the bar. Hoppa bus to terminal 5 convenience and ease of use
