I was there for my retirement party, arrangements were taken care of by 2 collegues, food was excellent, staff very friendly. The Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very well decorated and comfortable and the price was excellent. We would definately like to stay there again. - Friendly atmosphere, staff were very attentive, rooms and meal choice were excellent. Rooms were of the right standard for the traveller.

Location... not far from Queen Street station by taxi and as we were going to a concert in the SECC being able to walk via the walkway was a huge benefit. very close to the city centre,close to theatre and concert venues,also reception got us tickets face value for concert,also left phone charger but was sent to us with no fuss excellent service - This overnight stay was a gift for Anniversary for relatives. They were extremely happy with the hotel and the facilities.

The rooms were of a luxurious standard and spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was amazing and the plates and food were piping hot. The room had been recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. It was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. I was very impressed by the decor and layout of the room. Friendly staff excellent facilities for children, would be worth the hotel advertising a bit more of what they have available a great family hotel. The location of the hotel was excellent, the surrounding countryside and the views where second to none.The spa facilities where of a high standard we received excellent service. The staff where very helpful and friendly at the hotel and the spa. - I got engaged there so it coudnt have been bad and the expresion on her face when entering the room
