  Came to spend anniversary with husband. Staff we're very friendly and even ordered us halal chicken for our lunch! Had an amazing treatment at the spa and everyone was just so friendly and approachable! We even forgot a personal greeting card in our room when we checked out and the staff ever so nicely posted it out to us the following morning. Comfortable beds too. the staff are very polite, we even got a lift to the restaurant (the clubhouse) 3 minutes away, because they didn't want us to wander around in the dark.

  We stayed as a family with 2 young children, in the therwell suite. Gorgeous room, had a connecting room for the children. Loved the attention to detail, teddies in the room & books and games. Two hampers were provided if you didn't fancy a cooked breakfast, these had cereals, jam and porridge in. We ate in the restaurant and the food was lo... τι λέει ο κόσμος » vely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the reviews helped me pick the black horse , and it lived up to my expectations. Would love to stay again ! - We received a fantastic greeting and, throughout our visit, excellent personal service from all the staff that we encountered. The standard of the evening meal, food and service, was very high to the point that we would definitely see this hotel as a 'destination' for a future visit. The breakfast hamper delivered to the room was a novel but very good touch.
