The owner is very friendly, we were going to be late for a wedding at a venue nearby so the owner gave us a lift. You don't get that personal touch from a hotel. Breakfast was very nice and the b&b has the best views across the Tay! Free parking and bus stop into town right outside. Was very easy to find. Very nicely decorated. Highly recommend.

Kirsty, the young receptionist on duty on June 8th, made us feel very
welcome, she also changed our room to a far more suitable location, near
the front door with no fuss at all. She also remembered that our purpose
for staying there was to visit Glamis Castle and on arrival she
immediately handed us a map and relevant info with our name on it. This
little gesture was most appreciated because it showed she valued
personalizing 'Premier Inn's' service.

We liked the fact that we didn't have to go far to get something to eat and drink without having to go into the city. The room was by clean and tidy and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfasts were more than ample and all the staff I both the hotel and restaurant were very helpful, cheerful and very welcoming. -

Staff very helpful allowed us to check-in earlier than stated. We could leave our luggage safe for a few hours after we checked-out. Room had a lovely view and was very comfortable. We were met on arrival by James who was an exceptionally nice young man. He made our short stay run very smoothly.The room was very clean and well set out and cleaned each morning. Breakfast was very good qualty with more than enough to eat and a great choice. The drawing room was a very nice place to relax and read etc at the end of the day.All in

We were made to feel very welcome. It was all so genuine, there wasnever any feeling of the owners faking their smiles etc. - rooms where great, We loved the place, they could not do enough for us....we will be back .
