  The proprietors Mr and Mrs Robbie were extremely friendly, that's what I liked most. Breakfast was scottish: Eggs, bacon, beans, tomato, haggis and black pudding...of course you could choose whether you would like all of it or just a selection. There are also cereals, fruits and jam. I really liked the oppertunity to try the real scottish one! :) ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » - It was a clean,friendly ,family run establishment where I felt very welcome.Breakfast was excellent and as I have more trips to Dundee planned over the next several years I will definitely go back and stay there again.It's lovely to find a little gem of a B&B like this a stone's throw from Dundee city centre.

  Room was quite big and comfortable, nothing fancy but was clean and warm.I have booked a single and got upraged to a double for no extra charge. - staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you nothing was to much trouble
